We visit the home, look at structure and systems, and help shape the idea into something buildable — including whether design or architectural drawings are needed.
Scope & Proposal
You get a written scope that says exactly what's included, what's assumed, and what would change the number. Selections and allowances are spelled out.
Construction
A clear schedule, a single point of contact, protected work areas and a clean site. You always know what's happening this week and what's next.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished work together, handle the punch list, and leave you with documentation, warranty details and someone to call.
